Yes, we are participating with Medicare Part B, as well as most Medicare replacement plans. Most health care plans are accepted.
HouseCall Primary Care will act as your new PCP and will be named as such with your insurance company. Many Medicare replacement plans require that the patient select a primary care provider to be named on your insurance card; without this step we would be unable to take care of you in your place of residence.
We will determine this based on your needs. One of our providers will see you at least twice a year.

We will come to your residence after reviewing your medical record. We will then discuss your health and progress, examine you and order other testing as needed.
